Jack is a fun-loving, adventurous French Bulldog looking for his forever home. At 6 and a half years old, he is an inquisitive boy and always up for exploring. He is looking for a home where he can feel safe and supported with people who understand that he likes to take his time getting to know new faces. He must have his own quiet space in the home which will help him settle when visitors come over.
Jack would love to be the only dog in the home, but he is open to making doggy friends with gradual introductions. He enjoys his walks and will need to stay on a lead when out and about. He cannot live with cats or small furries. He loves spending time with people he knows and a household with adults or older children (12+) would suit him best. Any time alone could be built up gradually to a couple of hours as he is not used to being left for long periods.

Once Jack feels comfortable, he is a loving and playful companion who enjoys being part of the action. He loves a good game, but is also happy to play with his toys on his own. He is relaxed around traffic and thrilled to hop into the car to explore wider afield. Jack is housetrained, knows the basics, making him a joy to take on adventures.

Frenchie Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a French Bulldog.

View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
